Ryan is a seasoned Advisor at ADEPT Commercial Real Estate, bringing a wealth of expertise to the team. Prior to joining ADEPT, he spent a decade in the oil and gas industry, where he excelled as a landman and operations manager for a reputable drilling and production operator. During this time, Ryan had the privilege of learning from his grandfather, Joe Gilliland, a distinguished commercial broker in Oklahoma, who played an instrumental role in shaping Ryan's early real estate career. In 2021, Ryan seized the opportunity to join the ADEPT team, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of lease and purchase contract analysis. His diverse skill set has allowed him to thrive in assisting clients with various projects, including development site selection, industrial sales and leasing, and investment acquisition/divestment.

Residing in the heart of Oklahoma City, Ryan finds solace alongside his wife, Molly, and their two beloved dogs, Sadie and Kevin. An avid lover of the great outdoors, Ryan relishes in activities such as camping, hiking, kayaking, and biking, often seeking refuge amidst the majestic mountains. During his leisure time, he takes pleasure in undertaking home improvement projects and indulging in quality moments with his energetic corgi in the backyard. In the company of his wife, Ryan finds joy in catching up on their favorite TV shows, ensuring a perfect balance of work and leisure.
