Shaun has accumulated over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, charting a unique and unconventional path to his current position. With a solid foundation in IT management, he assumed the role of Technology Director at a prominent commercial real estate firm. Concurrently managing the IT department and immersing himself in brokerage and development, Shaun expanded his expertise beyond technology and ventured into residential real estate investment. This endeavor allowed him to acquire comprehensive knowledge of the construction and development processes, as well as property management intricacies. As Shaun diversified his portfolio by taking on property management responsibilities for external clients, he honed his skills and developed replicable processes and procedures, primed for scalable growth across portfolios of any magnitude. Joining the Adept team, Shaun brings his extensive experience to bear, overseeing in-house and client-driven development projects, as well as leading property management initiatives.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
During his tenure with the Adept team, Shaun has skillfully managed the redevelopment of over 500,000 square feet of industrial space. His specialization lies in revitalizing aging buildings, breathing new life into them, and elevating them to modern standards, thereby ensuring their long-term functionality.
EDUCATION
Despite the contrary wishes of his Oklahoma State University-affiliated family, Shaun pursued a degree in Marketing at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.
PERSONAL
Shaun is happily married to his wife, Jess, and cherishes the joys of parenthood with their three children, Harrison, Max, and Rosie. During his leisure time, he delights in embarking on family travels, exploring the great outdoors, and discovering new culinary delights at exceptional restaurants.
